After the course, the student will have an excellent theoretical and practical knowledge of all the functions of the drone, of the electronic functions and of all the safety devices.

It has been found worldwide that, after taking this course, the drone pilot will have a 70% less chance of having an accident in flight than a pilot who has not attended it.
This is a specific course on DJI drones that allows you to receive, upon passing the course, a DJI Academy certification valid worldwide.
The DJI Academy certification does not replace the Easa legislation, but gives the drone pilot an added value and a specific knowledge of DJI drones even at a practical flight level.

Curriculum program

The UAS Pilot Training course takes place in 2 phases.

PHASE 1: E-LEARNING

The first phase is dedicated to online preparatory learning and the following topics will be covered:

Basic knowledge on multi-rotor drones, basic flight maneuvers, flight safety, regulations and unlocking of GEO zones, maintenance and troubleshooting, DJI control app.

PHASE 2: ON SITE

The second phase, dedicated to on-site learning, will be held at the airfield where the student will be able to acquire the necessary skills aimed at acquiring safe control over the aircraft during all phases of a flight operation: preparation, take-off, flight maneuvers, landing.

Certifications

All aspiring DJI drone pilots will be required to take the standard tests after the training course, including the theory exam and the practical test. The DJI Academy - UTC certificate will be issued for those who pass the final test, in recognition of related UAS operations and application capabilities.

The DJI Academy certificate is issued directly by DJI and is valid worldwide. The same is verified from the official website of the DJI Academy worldwide.
Even if you are already an Easa certified pilot, the DJI certificate will allow you to be recognized as a specialist in the sector and work on higher level projects.

Read before buying

1. After purchasing this drone course, the DJI Academy of Rome and Milan will contact you to confirm your registration and send you all the data to register on the E-learning platform.

2. After studying and passing the online exam we will provide you with the link to book the practical part which can be held at the DJI Academy in Rome or Milan. At the end of the practical course I would carry out an exam with the official DJI examiners.

3. Upon successful completion of the practical course, you will receive the link to take the final exam directly on the DJI Academy UTC website.

4. After completing the theoretical / practical training and passing the final exam you will be awarded a DJI ACADEMY UTC certificate. The latter will be shipped by DJI in about 15 working days.
