MEPA MINIMUM ORDERS
As required by the regulation of the Electronic Market for Public Administrations (Paragraph 10.1 of the Third Part Technical Specifications - Annex 11 of the "GOODS" Call), the minimum order is equal to Euro 400 + VAT for each single delivery.
Below this threshold, the supplier can legitimately refuse the order or ask the administrations to share the management costs (collection charges, administrative costs) and shipping.

Orders of less than € 250 + VAT : the order is accepted if the charge of € 35.00 + VAT is authorized in the notes field as transport and management costs. In the event that the order is forwarded without this wording, our staff will ask the ordering point for authorization to charge the expenses before proceeding with the refusal.
Orders for amounts between € 250 + VAT and € 399 + VAT : the order is accepted if the charge of € 25.00 + VAT is authorized in the notes field as transport and management costs. In the event that the order is forwarded without this wording, our staff will ask the ordering point for authorization to charge the expenses before proceeding with the refusal.
