As required by the regulations of the Electronic Marketplace of Public Administrations (Paragraph 10.1 of the Technical Specifications Part Three – Annex 11 of the "GOODS" Tender), the minimum order is Euro 400 + VAT for each individual delivery.
Below this threshold, the supplier may legitimately refuse the order or ask administrations to contribute to management costs (collection charges, administrative expenses) and shipping.

Orders under €250 + VAT: the order is accepted if the notes field authorizes a charge of €35.00 + VAT as management fees + any shipping costs. If the order is submitted without this wording, our staff will ask the ordering point for authorization to charge the expenses before refusing it.
Orders between €250 + VAT and €399 + VAT: the order is accepted if the notes field authorizes a charge of €25.00 + VAT as shipping and management fees. If the order is submitted without this wording, our staff will ask the ordering point for authorization to charge the expenses before refusing it.
