Procusini® Research 3D chocolate printer

The Procusini Research is perfect for experimenting with various pasty foods in research and teaching . For this purpose, individual settings can be made for all relevant parameters , such as: B. Setting the temperature, speed and flow rate.

For Procusini Research, 3 different nozzle diameters are also available. These broaden their scope with regard to the maximum particle size of the foods used.

The usable print area and print height are 500 x 300 x 100 mm (height)

The usable volume of the cartridge is 60 ml and the stainless steel nozzle has a diameter of 1.0 or 1.2 mm.

The production time depends on the size of the item and the height of the item.

Example 1: Writing “Future” (77 x 39 x 4 mm) with 3D Choco takes 3.5 minutes

Example 2: The name “Lisa” (53 x 25 x 4 mm) with 3D Choco takes 1.8 minutes

The production times mentioned above refer to the use of original Procusini 3D Choco Refills. These may vary depending on the food used, its specific properties and the settings used accordingly.

Note: The production speed is higher than the Procusini mini.

The “Exclusive small series” application in Club Procusini allows the production of a greater number of objects (valid for all models except Procusini mini).

With one click the object is duplicated until the production area is completely filled. Very simple and efficient! Now press “Start” and the Procusini will produce a large number of objects one after another. This saves time.

The number of objects depends on the size and height of the objects to be printed. Depending on the size, up to 30 letterings can be printed per one cartridge fill.

Everything for a quick and successful start is included in the Procusini packages.

The supply includes an international 12 volt, 230-240 volt, 50/60 Hz power supply with standard plug. This means that a Procusini can be used all over the world .

An ambient temperature of 20 - 22 °C has proven to be ideal for good printing results.

Since only 3 components come into contact with food during production, each Procusini model can be cleaned quickly and easily in just a few minutes .

With the integrated cleaning function the stamp can be removed from the print head and cleaned with a damp cloth. The stainless steel cartridge and silicone mat can be cleaned under warm running water. That's all .

The warranty for a Procusini is 12 months.
