The Raise3D Pro3 series is the further development of the already highly successful Pro2 series. Raise3D's recently launched Pro3 series dual extruder professional 3D printers meet the needs of both manufacturing and rapid prototyping in multiple dimensions with high precision and 24/7 stable operation.

The Pro3 series consists of Pro3 with a build volume of 300 x 300 x 300mm and Pro3 Plus with a build volume of 300 x 300 x 605mm, meeting the requirements of large-scale manufacturing and multi-size rapid prototyping . A high-quality printer design with advanced features and an intelligent assistance system called EVE, making the Pro3 series dual extruder 3D printers an excellent option for professional 3D printing.

The Pro3 Series dual extruder 3D printers are connected to the Raise3D 3D printing software ecosystem, which includes a 3D slicing program, ideaMaker, an open software model called ideaMaker Library, and our cloud-based 3D printing software, RaiseCloud .

Interchangeable hot end and extruder cover

The Pro3 series is equipped with an independent modular extruder with a double extrusion system. This allows the Pro3 series to print with a wide range of filaments. Clogging is reduced and components can be easily dismantled. The Pro3 series hotend can be easily removed without tools, making replacement and maintenance easier. Users can also easily remove the extruder front cover to precisely locate common printing events, such as filament jams.

Air Flow Manager for better heat dissipation

The Pro3 series airflow management system is located on the back of the printer. Improve heat dissipation and air circulation and create a stable environment in the building space. Equipped with a HEPA air filter, the Air Flow Manager can also filter and clean the air in the installation space.

EVE Intelligent Assistant

The Pro3 series has a built-in EVE assistance system that supports the user in solving printing problems. EVE Assistant offers assistance in identifying and correcting problems that may affect your print job. EVE Assistant has a feature that reminds users of regularly scheduled jobs to ensure printer maintenance is performed on time. Pro3 series professional dual extruder 3D printers feature single-sided nozzle lift technology with quick nozzle change. Therefore, the nozzles can rise independently and change in one second, without being affected by the 3D printing material or temperature.

Intuitive features

Lightweight cable with digital temperature measurement
The Pro3 series replaces the drag chain cable with a flat cable to reduce the weight of the extruder and keep the center of gravity in the center during printing for more stable print quality.
The Pro3 series also uses digital temperature measurement for accurate temperature monitoring and avoiding filament jams.

The importance of automatic floor leveling
The Pro3 series features leveling of the plane where the surface of the build platform is measured. This checks if it is as flat as possible. The Pro3 series has this leveling procedure as an automated feature. Automatic bed leveling maintains the distance between the print nozzles and the bed to create a uniform print area. This improves bed adhesion and allows the nozzle to adapt to even the smallest changes in the surface contour.

HD camera, eligible for upgrade
The Pro3 series uses an HD camera to monitor the entire 3D printing process of each print job. This camera works by connecting to RaiseCloud, allowing users to monitor every print job remotely and on the go. This ability to control the 3D printing process gives you peace of mind. The Pro3 series also features an improved CMOS sensor to ensure better image quality.

Safety devices

Power failure recovery
A power outage or filament failure (when the filament runs out) can cause the loss of a print job if they occur in the middle of the 3D printing process. However, the Pro3 series has a filament run-out sensor on its extruders that alerts you when filament is running low and saves your print job. It also has a second-generation power failure function to save the printing state in the event of a power failure, and can continue printing in the same position when the power is restored.

Automatic detection
Another security feature of the Pro3 series is that it automatically detects when a door is opened and immediately stops printing.
