Attention : DJI Care Refresh products, as digital products, are non-refundable after receiving the activation code by email.

It offers two replacements a year at a minimal cost and covers different types of accidents, so you always have peace of mind.

Please note:

1. DJI Care Refresh (1 Year Plan) can be tied to a previously purchased DJI product if it meets the following requirements:

• Product new and not activated;
• Mobile device activated no more than 30 days ago.

Currently, DJI Care Refresh (2 Year Plan) can also be purchased from our DJI Online Store.

2. Upon purchase of DJI Care Refresh, the activation code will be sent to you by email together with instructions for activating it and pairing it with the reference DJI product.

3. DJI Care Refresh and the related product must be purchased in the same country or region, as coverage benefits will only be effective in the same region of purchase.

4. With each replacement request, you will receive a new product or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
