Double extruder with capacity of 420°C

F100 is one of the first high-performance printers equipped with a high-temperature hotend as standard. Dual extruders with high-temperature nozzles allow you to print with a wide variety of different materials. The advanced cooling system ensures that your hotends are always running in optimal conditions.

Print with precision and speed

With the F1000, CreatBot has taken another step forward in terms of speed, precision and reliability. Resolution up to 0.05 mm and printing speed up to 120 mm/s (optimal speed 60 mm/s). Combine all this with a powerful direct drive setup and you have a printer that will perform at its best every time you use it.

Steel construction for maximum stability

Thanks to the steel structure, the F1000 weighs an impressive 550 kg. The steel housing ensures that the F1000 is always stable and safe during operation. Vibrations are also kept to a minimum, which extends the life of the printer in the long term. In fact, the first CreatBot printer has been running for 5 years and over 8000 hours without any major problems.

Huge print area

The F1000 is the best industrial printer. With this printer you can create functional prototypes and prints at a size of 1000x1000x1000 mm, i.e. 1x1x1 metres! This is 60 times more volume than most regular printers.

Glass ceramic construction surface

The large build surface is made of glass ceramic and is sturdy enough to withstand both the weight and the high temperatures it is subjected to.

Closed construction chamber

The completely closed build chamber removes all external influences. You don't have to worry about gusts of wind and temperature in the room where the F1000 is placed. The closed structure also serves to reduce noise and ensure that the printing environment always maintains a constant and uniform temperature.

Automatic leveling platform

With the help of 64 measurement points and a BL-Touch, the F1000 probes and makes the necessary adjustments to level the build plate and saves the correct settings so you can be sure that the print result will be as expected.

On-board camera

Sometimes the F1000 can run prints that continue for several hundred hours. In cases like these it's nice to have a camera that allows you to monitor progress remotely.

Software included

The F1000 comes bundled with a tailored version of the Cura, which is one of the most used slicers in the world. The version of CreatBot is CreatWare. If, for some reason, you prefer to use another slicer, it's good to know that the F1000 is compatible with SimpliFy3D

Safe to use

There is an automatic shutdown function when printing is finished. There is also an emergency stop function

Large touch screen

The large 9.7" touch screen makes the printer easy to control with an intuitive user interface.

High precision linear guide system

The accurate linear guide structure can print patterns with high precision up to 4~5 times higher than other normal optical axis printers in the mass market. This structure offers precise filament feeding, so you can print large models quickly and perfectly.

Restored break and filament detection

The printer will automatically memorize the current position and save the printing data, lower the platform and reverse the filament if the power suddenly goes out. When power returns, it will continue to print from its last current position. The printer will also detect if the filament should run out and then pause printing so you can change spools.

Enclosed and heated construction area

The F1000 build chamber can be heated up to 60°C. Thanks to this feature the printer can maintain a constant temperature which means there is much less risk of cracks and warping. This is a problem often encountered with ABS, for example on printers without a heated build chamber.

Filament drying chamber

Many materials are hygroscopic, meaning they absorb and retain many water molecules from their surroundings. A typical filament that absorbs a lot is Nylon. This filament must be dried before each use. On the F1000 they took another approach to this problem. You have a storage area where you can store your more sensitive coils and keep them dry. Depending on the material you can choose between 45°C or 65°C.
