The NYLON 645 spool for 3d printing is a nylon 6/9, that is a variant of nylon 6 and nylon 6T with a crystallinity optimization process. This provides a high degree of transparency. The transparency allows industrial quality control groups , to evaluate the printed parts without intervening with a destructive phase control.

In fact, transparency allows you to look through the perimeters and therefore make a very precise evaluation regarding the adhesion of the internal fillings.

The NYLON 645 spool is a 50% transparent white color. NYLON 645 can be dyed with acid-based dyes. Even though the polymer is less flexible, it maintains the characteristic "slippery" (tribological) surface, however, all NYLON in general. Even as a variant of nylon 6T, the clumping factor is almost non-existent.

NYLON 645 is a preferred polymer for the production of objects that require extreme resistance to strong stresses. Its characteristic is also highlighted as an extremely resistant polymer, capable of managing torsional and tensile stress even at high temperatures. Depending on the use, the object can withstand temperatures up to 160°C. NYLON 645 has the same chemical resistance as 618, but has a 20% greater resistance to chlorides.
