MEPA MINIMUM ORDERS
As provided for by the regulation of the Electronic Market of Public Administrations (Paragraph 10.1 of the Technical Specifications Part Three – Annex 11 of the “BENI” Call for Tenders), the minimum order is equal to Euro 400 + VAT for each single delivery.
Below this threshold, the supplier can legitimately refuse the order or ask the administrations to share the management costs (collection fees, administrative costs) and shipping.

Orders under €250 + VAT : The order will be accepted if a €35.00 + VAT handling fee and any shipping costs are authorized in the notes field. If the order is submitted without this authorization, our staff will request authorization from the ordering location before rejecting the order.
Orders between €250 + VAT and €399 + VAT : the order will be accepted if the €25.00 + VAT shipping and handling fee is authorized in the "Notes" field. If the order is submitted without this authorization, our staff will request authorization from the ordering location before rejecting the order.
