Simplified workflow for maximum printer efficiency

Phase 1: Preparation and slicing
Open IdeaMAker, Raise3D's slicing software, and prepare your 3D model. Configure print parameters such as automatic orientation, contour compensation, wire and automatic support, as well as washing and post-process curing settings.

Step 2: Start printing
Turn on the DF2+ and click "Print." The printer will first perform a pre-print check and, if no problems are detected, will begin printing immediately.

Phase 3: Post-processing
Once printing is complete, carefully remove the model from the build plate and proceed with the washing and curing phases. RFID technology ensures all data is transferred automatically without the need for human intervention.

Phase 4: Finished Prints
Easily retrieve your finished prints, ready for use or further assembly.
Unlocking Versatility in Resin Printing
Raise3D resins are specially formulated to deliver exceptional performance across a variety of applications. Designed to work seamlessly with Raise3D resin 3D printers (DF2 and DF2+), these materials ensure reliability, consistency, and superior print quality.
The DF2+ printer's compatibility with a wide range of third-party resins fosters greater collaboration and flexibility through its Open Materials Platform (OMP). By partnering with leading third-party resin manufacturers like Henkel and Forward AM, customers have access to a broader selection of materials, allowing them to choose the resins that best meet their performance requirements.

Every curve, edge and texture is rendered with crisp detail and astonishing accuracy.

These functional prototyping components are designed to mimic the mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties of final production materials. They are ideal for rapid iterations, performance testing, and design validation in a variety of applications, including automotive, consumer goods, medical devices, and industrial manufacturing.
These final components are designed to meet high performance standards, offering durability, precision, and material properties that match or exceed traditional manufacturing materials. They are widely used in industries such as automotive, aerospace, consumer goods, medical, and electronics.
Jig and fixture components are designed for durability, precision, and wear resistance, making them ideal for repeated use in manufacturing processes. They are widely used in industries such as automotive, aerospace, consumer electronics, and industrial manufacturing.

RFID-enabled workflow for consistent and scalable production
Integrated with ideaMaker, the DF2+ uses RFID technology to verify resin types and automatically apply optimized settings for printing, washing, and curing. This ensures a consistent workflow and reproducible print results from batch to batch.

Industrial-grade optical design
Industrial-grade optical components include Texas Instruments' first industrial-grade DMD chips, high-transparency HTF film, and optical glass made by Schott Germany.
They are used throughout the optical path projection system to reduce losses and eliminate dispersion, thus ensuring the reproduction of sharp layers.

Air-Peel lightens the load
The Air-Peel technology used between the bottom of the resin vat and the ultra-clear glass reduces the peel force from 50 to 10 kilograms, effectively helping to peel each layer and ensuring optimal printing results.

Software that simplifies
ideaMaker has added new features designed for use with Raise3D DF2 and DF2+ printers to reduce learning curves, expand design possibilities, and improve DLP printing success rates.

Magical arrangement at your fingertips
A high-performance 10.25-inch touchscreen lets you make instant changes to files without having to return to your slicing software.
Magic Layout lets you easily change your print layout and create duplicate prints.

High load capacity Z-axis
The Z-axis has a maximum load capacity of 200 kg, with high precision movement and no staggered layers. This ensures stability when printing large parts and during prolonged use.

Simplified resin management
Automatic resin refilling, ultrasonic liquid level monitoring, and assisted resin tank cleaning to minimize contact with uncured resin.
The DF Wash washing system simplifies the solvent removal process with automatic drainage and an easy-to-use automatic pump.
The Raise3D DF2+ retains the volume and resolution of the DF2 model, but integrates a more powerful DLP light engine (+70%), 25% increased print speed (100 mm/h vs 80 mm/h), extended compatibility with technical resins and advanced automated resin management functions, while retaining RFID and industrial-grade optical quality.
