PC-PBT

Polymaker™ PC-PBT is a PC/PBT polymer blend that offers good heat resistance and low temperature toughness (-20˚C/-30˚C). Polymaker™ PC-PBT also exhibits good chemical resistance.

Recommended settings

• Nozzle temperature: 260˚C – 280˚C
• Printing speed: 30 – 50 mm/s
• Bed temperature: 100˚C – 115˚C
• Chamber temperature: 100˚C – 110˚C
• Bed surface: almost all surfaces with a thin layer of MAGIGOO PC
• Cooling fan: off

Note: When printing with Polymaker™ PC-PBT it is recommended to use a heated chamber. It is recommended to anneal the printed part immediately after the printing process to release residual internal stress when not using a heated chamber. Annealing settings: 90˚C for 2 hours
