Dyze Design Extruder and Hotend Kit: High temperature, fast printing with high pushing force.

Fast prints
The aluminum melting block transfers heat to the nozzle very quickly, ensuring efficient and very high printing speed. In addition, the long melting zone allows it to handle very high filament feed without any issues.
Titanium transition tube
A titanium alloy was meticulously chosen to offer both rigidity and low thermal conductivity, limiting heat loss to the cold side.


High temperature
The high temperature sensor used inside the DyzEnd-X allows accurate readings up to 500°C. The DyzEnd-X can use any thermoplastic material.
Melting area of all metals
The heated zone is made entirely of metals that can withstand very high temperatures before losing their mechanical properties. The sensors and heaters are also protected by high-temperature resistant sheaths.


Wear-resistant nozzle
The DyzEnd-X features a highly wear-resistant nozzle. Performance has been measured and tested.
Cold interchangeable nozzles
Using a special high temperature sealing gasket, the DyzEnd-X is able to change nozzles at room temperature. No leaks, no risk of burns.


Ready flexible filament
The filament is guided very well inside the DyzEnd-X, which allows for very high speeds with flexible filament.
Without jam
The DyzEnd-X offers excellent retraction performance. The secret is its manufacturing process, which allows for very low friction inside the tube.


High resolution sensor
The unique high temperature sensor has a resolution of 0.16°C at 210°C, better than an amplified RTD sensor and thermocouple.
Assembled and tested
DyzEnd-X is a high-end product and comes pre-assembled and tested, saving the user the hassle of receiving lower quality parts that are difficult to assemble or fit together.


Connectors
DyzEnd-X comes with connectors for every electrical component, so you can easily perform maintenance.
Sealing washer
The sealing gasket ensures leak-free operation and makes nozzle replacement easy.


Ready for liquid cooling
The DyzEnd-X can be easily converted to a liquid-cooled setup thanks to Dyze Design's specialized cooling blocks.
Bowden Ready
The DyzEnd-X is compatible with an M8x1.25 push-in fitting. The 4mm PTFE tube can be inserted through the connector and guides the filament as far as possible into the hotend.


Grooved support
The hotend mounting mechanism is based on the form factor called "Groove Mount". The 12mm groove makes it much easier to replace and maintain the hotend and nozzle.
Easy to mount sensor
The sensor is elegantly installed in a brass housing. This ensures that each hot-end reads the temperature correctly, without any variations caused by assembly.


Small form factor
By using a low-conductivity transition tube, the DyzEnd-X is designed for extremely small dimensions. This allows you to use the print volume more efficiently.
Rapid heating
The DyzEnd-X heats up very quickly. In just 70 seconds, it reaches 210°C.


Unique serial number
The unique serial number engraved on each hot-end protects the product from clones. It also ensures traceability of suppliers, assembly and quality reports.

Metal reducers
The DyzeXtruder GT has a gear ratio of 5.65:1. This ratio was chosen to fully utilize the potential of a very small motor, while allowing for very high push forces.
The gears are custom-made from high-strength hardened steel and brass. This combination provides low-friction operation and increased durability. The gears and bearings are designed to withstand loads of hundreds of pounds under extreme conditions.
Optimized spring
Spring tension is a key factor in a good and reliable extruder. Being able to adjust the tension presents several challenges.
Applying too little pressure causes the filament to grind before the motor reaches its full potential. Applying too much pressure, however, causes the motor to fight friction, causing the filament to warp and losing torque that would otherwise be available to push the filament.
Even adjusting the pressure from one coil to another can produce inconsistent results.


Double pinch drive system
The double pinch system allows for greater pushing force with less pressure on the filament. It reduces the risk of filament flattening when very detailed prints require multiple retractions.
High thrust force
The combination of the reducer, dual pinch and unique design allows the DyzeXtruder GT to push up to 9kg (20lbs) of force. This is more than enough for all 3D printing applications.


Easy filament removal and insertion
The unique lockable lever makes changing filament extremely easy and convenient. The locking mechanism holds the lever in place while changing filament. After that, simply push the lever back to unlock the locking mechanism.
Small form factor
The DyzeXtruder GT is no larger than the NEMA 17 it uses, making it very space efficient in a multi-extruder setup. Saving space on a cart can allow you to print larger parts on a single printer.


Light
The gear ratio was chosen to make the most of a very small motor. The DyzeXtruder GT is much lighter than a traditional planetary gear extruder, allowing for faster printer acceleration.
All metal
The aluminum housing is designed to ensure reliable operation even in high-temperature environments.
