Keystone Resin KeySplint Soft is a dental material designed for 3D printing dental splints, night guards and whitening trays. The resin is fully biocompatible and compliant with international medical device regulations and standards. KeySplint Soft is 510K Cleared and Class IIa certified. Its robust formulation has a guaranteed 3-year shelf life, is color stable and is validated in multiple open source printers. KeySplint Soft is compatible with many 3D printers that work with DLP or mSLA (LCD) technology with a wavelength of 385 nm and 405 nm. No other dental splint resin can offer the quality and performance of KeySplint Soft. This exceptional printing material combines the strength necessary to protect teeth from conditions such as bruxism with greater flexibility for improved patient comfort.
