The filament Siraya Tech ABS-CF Core It is designed for those seeking maximum rigidity and reliability in industrial and engineering applications. Thanks to revolutionary core-shell technology, this ABS reinforced with 20% carbon fiber concentrated in the core ensures an extremely rigid and stable structure, with extraordinary resistance to both impact and high temperatures.
Compared to traditional reinforced ABS, the Core version features improved interlayer adhesion (Z-axis), better dimensional accuracy, and significantly reduced nozzle wear, thanks to less exposed fibers on the filament surface. The result is warp-free prints with high-quality surfaces and mechanical properties suitable for automation, automotive, drone, tooling, mechanical parts, functional prototypes, and objects subjected to continuous stress.
One of the main advantages is the ability to print at high speeds, up to 200 mm/s, without compromising the quality or strength of the final part. Thermal resistance up to 90°C (HDT) makes this filament ideal for use under the hood of cars or in hot industrial environments.
