Compatible with all types of coatings and combustion cycles, yes easily adapt to your production workflow , regardless of equipment.

X-Wax Features
- Liquid wax for 3D printing: Thanks to its high wax content, X-Wax stands out from all other resins available on the market.
- Excellent smoothness: Made of real wax (nano-wax compound), it offers performance comparable to traditional wax models.
- Universal Compatibility: works perfectly with all types of molding coatings and burn cycles.
- Perfect combustion: leaves no ash or residue.
- Absolute precision: guarantees dimensional stability without shrinkage or expansion.
- Effortless printing: fully compatible with all LCD or DLP printers.
- Minimal bleeding: clean, precise details, with no resin buildup.
- Improved user experience: It emits very little odor and smoke both during printing and during combustion.
- Simplified post-treatment: For a professional finish, a simple rinse with alcohol is sufficient.
- Healthy formula: made with materials not classified as hazardous.
Tips for use
- Preheating: Due to its melting properties, the resin should be heated to 30°C to 40°C before use. The optimal operating range is 20°C to 30°C.
- Recommendation for FEP/PFA film: For maximum detail, use 0.10 mm or 0.127 mm thick FEP or PFA HD film. Poor-quality FEP film can compromise printability.
- Safety: This product is intended for professional use only. Keep out of reach of children.
- Conservation: Store at a temperature between 10°C and 25°C.

Post-printing procedure
1. Wash prints in IPA alcohol for 5 minutes.
2. Blow out the prints with compressed air to remove any excess, uncured resin.
3. Perform a second wash in clean IPA alcohol for 3 minutes, then dry the prints with compressed air.
4. For thorough cleaning, use 3D washing stations or ultrasonic cleaners.
5. Let the models rest for at least 15-20 minutes before assembling the casting tree.
