Ultrasint® PP 1400 Black leverages the properties of polyolefins for Powder Bed Fusion (PBF) technologies while enabling PP for alternative laser systems (e.g. diode or fiber lasers). An easy-to-mold PP with unique isotropic behavior maintains typical PP advantages, such as high chemical resistance or recyclability possibilities.

Ultrasint PP 1400 Black

This multipurpose material is designed to enable PPs for standard CO2 lasers and new laser systems, such as diode or fiber lasers, while ensuring a very simple and stable process on any PBF equipment. It offers the well-known characteristics of polypropylene, such as excellent chemical resistance, ductility and support stability, without losing rigidity and with isotropic results that offer the end customer greater freedom during printing. The new Ultrasint® PP 1400 Black is also a strong ally for sustainability as it has an update speed of 40% and well-documented studies on the recyclability of PP end parts.

Delivery and storage module

Ultrasint® PP 1400 Black Powder should be stored at 15 – 25°C in the originally sealed packaging in a clean, dry environment.
