BASF ULTRAFUSE TPU 95A - 750g

Ultrafuse TPUs have been specially developed to enable quick and easy printing with a flexible filament for fused filament manufacturing. With its exceptional abrasion resistance, Ultrafuse TPU 95A is an excellent choice for applications subject to wear. Parts printed with this material are characterized by high elongation at break, excellent layer adhesion and good resistance to oils and industrial chemicals.

Ultrafuse Flexible

TPU95A

With its exceptional abrasion resistance, Ultrafuse TPU 95A is an excellent choice for high-wear applications. Parts molded with this material exhibit high elongation at break, excellent layer adhesion, and good resistance to industrial oils and chemicals.

Tips and Tricks

• Nozzle temperature: 210-230°C
• Bed temperature: 40°C
• Build chamber temperature: closed, passively heated chamber
• Nozzle diameter: ≥ 0.4mm
• Bed Modification: Adheres to different types of print bed (preferably glass)
• Printing speed: 15-40mm/s
