PA6 GF30 has low warpage compared to pure PA6, making Ultrafuse PA6 GF30 with its excellent layer adhesion and compatibility with water-soluble Ultrafuse BVOH the right solution for industrial parts printable on any standard FFF printer.

Ultrafuse PA6 GF30 contains 30% special glass fibers designed for filament production and 3D printing. PA6 GF30 has low warpage compared to pure PA6, which makes Ultrafuse PA6 GF30 with its excellent layer adhesion and compatibility with water-soluble Ultrafuse BVOH the right solution for industrial parts that can be printed on any standard FFF printer. Thanks to its high wear and chemical resistance as well as high stiffness and strength, Ultrafuse PA6 GF30 is perfect for various applications, such as transportation or industrial tools.
Tips and Tricks
- Nozzle temperature; 240-280°C
- Bed temperature; passively heated closed chamber
- Change bed; glass
- Drying procedure; Dry the filament at 100°C for at least 5 hours
