ABS Ultrafuse (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene)

Ultrafuse ABS is strong, flexible, and resistant to high temperatures. It is a favorite plastic for engineers and professional applications. ABS can be sanded with acetone and sprayed. To successfully 3D print with ABS you will most likely need a heated print bed.

Tips and Tricks

• Printing temperature: 230-255 degrees
• Heated bed: 90-120 degrees
• Bed modification: tape, spray or glue
• Speed: 30-70mm
• Fan: 0-100% to avoid deformation.
