Algolaser Warranty and Repair Policy

1. 12-month limited warranty

These AlgoLaser After-Sales Policies (these “Policies”) apply only to AlgoLaser products purchased from authorized AlgoLaser dealers for personal use and not for resale. By using the AlgoLaser product, you agree to be bound by these Policies.

For customers who purchased AlgoLaser products directly from our official website: www.3digital.tech, we provide a 12-month warranty for each product from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. If a product does not perform as warranted during the warranty period, you may obtain after-sales support by contacting AlgoLaser technical support via http://www.algolaser.com/support or by opening a ticket with our technical support . You will need to provide a valid proof of purchase and order number for warranty service. Charges may apply for services not covered by this limited warranty.

2. Maintenance Policy

If during the warranty year the product does not work properly and requires maintenance or repair, you can contact us to submit your support request.

Please note that before returning the product we will ask you to carry out tests to understand the origin of the problem and we will try to find a solution to it also by sending you spare parts, if the problem is not solved we offer you the maintenance service.

If you request maintenance service within 7 days of receiving the product, we will cover the shipping costs for returning and reshipping the product, as well as the repair costs.

If you request maintenance service after 7 days but within one year of receiving the product, the shipping costs for returning the product will be paid by the customer, while we will cover the repair and shipping costs for sending the product back.

Note: We usually return the product to the original delivery address, so if you have changed the address during the product maintenance process, please let us know the new address before shipping the product.

3. What this after-sales policy does NOT cover

× Products without sufficient proof of purchase.

× Non-quality issues (after 30 days of purchase).

× Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, disassembly or opening of the case not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.

× Water damage or other damage caused by improper installation, improper use, or operation not in accordance with official instructions or manuals.

× Lost or stolen products.

× Free products

× Items whose warranty period has expired.

× Damage caused by an unauthorized service provider.

× Damage caused by unauthorized modifications of the circuits and by improper or incompatible use of the battery and charger.

× Damage caused by reliability or compatibility issues when using unauthorized third-party parts.

× Uninterrupted or error-free operation of a product.

× Failures or damages caused by third-party products, including those that AlgoLaser may provide or integrate into the AlgoLaser product at the user's request.

× Damage resulting from any technical or other support not provided by AlgoLaser or 3Digital, such as assistance with "how to" questions or improper installation and configuration of the product.

× Products or parts with modified identification labels or from which the identification label has been removed.

4. Limitation of liability

When receiving service, AlgoLaser and/or 3Digital is responsible for loss or damage to the product only during transportation from us to the end customer. In no event shall AlgoLaser, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers or service providers be liable for any of the following, even if advised of their possibility and regardless of whether the claim is based on contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability or other theory of liability: 1) Third party claims against you for damages; 2) Special, incidental, punitive, indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. In no event shall the total liability of AlgoLaser and/or 3Digital, its affiliates, suppliers, resellers or service providers for damages from any cause whatsoever exceed the amount of actual direct damages, not to exceed the amount paid for the product. The above limitation does not apply to damages for personal injury (including death), damage to real property, or damage to tangible personal property for which algolaser is liable under applicable law.

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

5. Limitation of warranty

To the extent permitted by law, except as expressly provided in this limited warranty, AlgoLaser and 3Digital disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether statutory, express or implied, including: (a) any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment or non-infringement; and (b) any warranty arising from a course of dealing, usage or trade. The algolaser entities do not warrant, except as expressly provided in the algolaser limited warranty, that the product, product accessories or any part of the product or any materials will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, viruses or other harmful components. If such warranties cannot be excluded, AlgoLaser limits the duration and remedies of such warranties to the duration of this express warranty and, at AlgoLaser's option, to the repair or replacement services provided in this limited warranty.

Some jurisdictions may prohibit the disclaimer of warranties, and you may have other rights that vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
