As a 3Digital reseller, you have access to Drop Shipping.
Drop Shipping means we will send an order directly from our warehouse to your customer.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF DROP SHIPPING?

• Drop Shipping saves you time and effort. You don't have to order products in your warehouse, wait for them to arrive, and then send them to your customers.
• Your customers will enjoy faster shipping times than if the order were to make a detour through your warehouse.
• You can still offer items for sale that you may not want to stock yourself. Give your customers access to a wider range of products to choose from and save on storage space.
• You don't have to pay the additional shipping cost to have the product shipped from your warehouse to the customer. With Drop Shipping, you only pay one shipping cost to have the order transported from us to your customer. You also save the cost of boxes, packaging materials and labels.

HOW DOES DROP SHIPPING WORK?

It's very simple. In our online shop - Just add the items to the cart, go to checkout and enter the customer's address as the delivery address - Done!
We will take care of the rest, making sure your order is packed and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, which you can then pass on to your customer.

WILL THE CUSTOMER SEE THAT THE ORDER HAS BEEN DROP SHIP?

We can create a custom delivery note, with your company logo, name and contact information. This makes it clear that the package is coming from you.

We will be happy to help you set up a custom delivery note if you don't already have one. Once set up, all your orders will be shipped with your custom delivery note.

*Please note that the information on the shipping label will still show our name and address as the sender. This cannot be changed as the pickup address must be correct for the shipping company.

You don't give us your customer's email address, which means we never contact them that way. You just give us their phone number so we can pass it on to the shipping company.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?

If a customer doesn't collect the package, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you and ask what we should do with it. Send it back for another attempt or put it back in stock in case the customer wants to cancel the order.

Warranty cases, support and cancellations at a later stage will still be your responsibility and should still be handled by you. Drop Shipping does not mean that we assume any of your responsibilities as a reseller in relation to your customer. Please see our Terms and conditions generals for more information.

WHAT ABOUT TAXES AND VAT?

For orders delivered outside the EU, any import taxes, customs fees, etc. will be charged to you. You will be named as the importer in the records we send to the shipping company for customs purposes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING GETS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

Any damage due to transportation must be reported immediately by the recipient to the carrier. Please document any damage with pictures. When finished, contact our customer service team and we will assist you further.

ARE THERE ANY DISADVANTAGES TO USING DROP SHIPPING?

As with most things, there are obviously a couple of drawbacks. With Drop Shipping you are dependent on our warehouse to fulfill your order.
Our main warehouse is in Italy, but we also have one in Europe. If your customer is in parts of Europe further away from Italy, shipping times may be a couple of days longer than if you store the products locally. This will also depend on our stock levels.
For these reasons, we still recommend that you keep a stock of the most popular products in your warehouse, ensuring that you always have enough and can ship quickly.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

There are no additional costs for Drop Shipping. It is a service that we provide free of charge to all our resellers. The only thing you pay is the shipping costs.
If you would like a personalized delivery note to accompany your shipments, there is a one-time setup fee of 100 EUR.
