As a 3Digital reseller, you have access to Drop Shipping.
Drop Shipping means we will send an order directly from our warehouse to your customer.

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF DROP SHIPPING?

• Drop Shipping saves you time and effort. You don't need to order products to your warehouse, wait for them to arrive, and then send them to your customers.
• Your customers will enjoy faster shipping times than if the order had to make a detour via your warehouse.
• You can still offer items for sale that you might not want to stock yourself. You offer your customers access to a wider range of products to choose from and save storage space.
• You don't have to pay the additional shipping cost to have the product shipped from your warehouse to the customer. With Drop Shipping, you only pay one shipping cost to have the order transported from us to your customer. You also save the cost of boxes, packaging materials, and labels.

HOW DOES DROP SHIPPING WORK?

It's very simple. In our online store - just add items to your cart, go to checkout, and enter your customer's address as the shipping address - Done!
We will take care of the rest, ensuring your order is packed and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information, which you can then pass on to your customer.

WILL THE CUSTOMER SEE THAT THE ORDER WAS DROP SHIPPED?

We can create a customized delivery note, with your company's logo, name, and contact information. This makes it clear that the package comes from you.

We will be happy to help you set up a customized delivery note, if you don't already have one. Once set up, all your orders will be sent with your customized delivery note.

*Please note that the information on the shipping label will still show our name and address as the sender. This cannot be changed as the pickup address must be correct for the shipping company.

You do not provide us with your customer's email address, which means we will never contact them that way. You only provide us with their phone number so we can pass it on to the shipping company.

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS?

If a customer does not pick up the package, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you and ask what we should do with it. Send it back for another attempt or put it back in stock in case the customer wants to cancel the order.

*Please note that there will be additional shipping and restocking costs associated with this.

Warranty cases, support, and cancellations at a later stage will still be your responsibility and should still be handled by you. Drop Shipping does not mean that we assume any of your responsibilities as a reseller in relation to your customer. Please refer to our general terms and conditions for more information.

WHAT ABOUT TAXES AND VAT?

For orders delivered outside the EU, any import taxes, customs fees, etc. will be charged to you. You will be named as the importer in the records we send to the shipping company for customs purposes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?

Any damage due to transport must be immediately reported by the recipient to the shipping company. Please document any damage with pictures. Once done, contact our customer service team and we will assist you further.

ARE THERE ANY DISADVANTAGES TO USING DROP SHIPPING?

As with most things, there are, of course, a couple of drawbacks. With Drop Shipping, you will depend on our warehouse to fulfill your order.
Our main warehouse is in Italy, but we also have one in Europe. If your customer is in parts of Europe further from Italy, shipping times may be a couple of days longer than if you stock the products locally. You will also depend on our stock levels.
For these reasons, we still recommend that you keep a stock of the most popular products in your warehouse, ensuring you always have enough and can ship quickly.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

There are no additional costs for Drop Shipping. It is a service we provide free of charge to all our resellers. The only thing you pay is shipping costs.
If you want a customized delivery note to accompany your shipments, there is a one-time setup fee of 100 EUR.
