DJI Drone Repair Service

We accept out-of-warranty repairs for DJI drones purchased from our store and from third-party stores. The fixed handling and possible shipping cost is €30+VAT, in addition to the cost of repairing the product itself. We take care of everything, you won't have any steps to follow, other than confirming or declining the repair estimate and waiting to receive it back home.

Here are the steps to follow to book the drone collection:

1) Purchase the service at this link

2) Enter the shipping details for collection and redelivery in the checkout

3) Send us a complete description of the problem/fault/breakage via email to supporto@3digital.tech, including the drone's serial number and, if possible, some photos

4) We will contact you to book the collection at your home or to have you drop off the package at a collection point

5) Wait for our estimate and decide whether to accept it or not

6) If the estimate is not accepted, €20+VAT will be charged for the return shipping of the product

7) Once the estimate has been accepted and payment made, we will send you the tracking number once the repaired/replaced product is shipped
