What is RA3 and why is it important?

From mugs and bottles to vases, rings, ornaments, and other curved objects, the RA3 enables complete 360-degree engraving with clean, precise, and consistent results. LiDAR-assisted surface mapping captures the object's geometry before engraving, ensuring the preview in the software matches the actual object. This reduces the need for proofing, saves material, and speeds up the workflow.

One of the RA3's greatest strengths is its versatility. It can handle a wide range of shapes, from straight cylinders and conical containers to spheres and ring-shaped objects, always maintaining precise alignment and seamless, wraparound engraving.

The MagSwap™ system is one of the RA3's signature features, allowing you to switch between engraving modes (spindle, roller, ball, or ring) without tools or adjustments. This makes the workflow quick and intuitive, perfect for quickly switching between object types or project styles.

For larger or more complex objects, the RA3 includes a T-jaw that provides a firm grip on objects up to approximately 130 mm in diameter. This ensures precise rotation and prevents slippage during engraving, even on heavier or unusually shaped pieces.
