The xTool auto-darkening helmet It is designed to offer complete eye and face protection during laser welding, particularly when combined with xTool MetalFab systems. The exclusive lens protects from the 1060–1090nm wavelength range, achieving an OD 8+ shielding to block up to 99.999999% of laser radiation. Thanks to its two integrated light sensors, the helmet automatically adjusts the shade level in less than 0.1ms, switching from clear (DIN4) to darkened (up to DIN13), always protecting the eyes from glare and dangerous glare.
The extra-large field of view (8x10cm, 1/1/1/1 optical clarity) guarantees maximum sharpness and “true color” for precision work. With its 560g weight With foam padding in contact areas, the helmet is lightweight and comfortable even for prolonged use, preventing fatigue and slippage. Three dials allow for perfect adjustment to any head shape, while the visor can be rotated 180° to easily inspect the details of your work without having to remove the helmet.
The frame, made of PP and polycarbonate, is resistant to impact, heat, and wear. Suitable for both industrial environments and workshops and artisan workshops, the helmet comes complete with a screwdriver and accessories for immediate use.
