Spectrum Pellet ABS Kevlar is a high-quality 3D printing material designed for large format 3D printers using FGF technology. The main advantage of 3D printers that allow printing directly from pellets is characterized by greater efficiency compared to printing with the use of traditional filaments, which results in a significantly reduced time required to produce the models. Spectrum Pellet ABS Kevlar features identical properties to Spectrum ABS Kevlar filament, a material based on classic ABS enriched with Kevlar. The material is characterized by greater strength and greater resistance than standard ABS. The adjustments made ensure reduced processing shrinkage, excellent adhesion to working platforms and reduced density, resulting in slightly lighter prints than their counterparts made using standard ABS.
Excellent dimensional stability allows 3D printing of objects with precise dimensions, which is critical for multi-element designs.

Tip: Due to the significant content of crushed carbon fiber, it is recommended to use nozzles with larger diameters than the standard 0.4 mm. Also, the presence of carbon fiber can cause wear of the brass nozzles, so it is recommended to use stainless steel nozzles for long-term use of Spectrum ABS Kevlar Pellets.
