Service de Réparation de Drones DJI

We accept out of warranty repairs DJI drones purchased from our store and third-party stores. The fixed cost of management and possible shipping is €30 + VAT, in addition to the cost of repairing the product itself. We take care of everything , you will not have any steps to follow, except confirming or less the repair estimate and wait to receive it back at home.

Here are the steps to follow to book the drone collection:

1) Purchase the service

2) Enter your shipping details for pickup and return at checkout

3) Send us an email at support@3digital.tech a complete description of the problem/fault/breakage accompanied by the serial number of the drone and if possible some photos

4) We will contact you to book the collection at your home

5) Wait for our quote and decide whether to accept it or not

6) In case of non-acceptance, €20+VAT will be charged for the return shipping of the product.

7) Once you have accepted the quote and paid the balance, we will take care of sending you the tracking once the repaired/replaced product has been shipped.
