Raise3D DF2, a DLP printer for producing high-resolution, uniform, repeatable parts in small volumes, thanks to its precise and reliable Z-axis lifting system, efficient material handling, heated chamber, high-quality optical system, advanced Anti-Aliasing technology and Air-Peel technology for fast and easy layer detachment.

Intelligent construction platform with RFID

RFID technology automatically stores and reads relevant parameters for an entire workflow for printing, washing and curing and is easy to assemble and disassemble, reducing the need for tedious manual operations.

The Raise3D DF2 printer features a high-performance touch screen for a better user experience: Magic Layout : Allows you to easily adjust the print layout and duplicate prints. Automatic pre-press inspection : Check all working conditions, including resin type, build platform installation, feeding station installation, resin margin, etc.

Always consistent printing

Z-axis with high load capacity: Maximum load capacity of 200kg for the Z-axis. It has no staggered layers and features high movement accuracy, ensuring stability in printing large parts and long-term use.

Air-Peel Technology: The Air-Peel design between the bottom of the resin vat and the highly transparent glass reduces the force from 50 to 10 kilograms, effectively peeling each layer and ensuring a successful print.

Co-branding of resins with third-party resin manufacturers

Raise3D has partnered with third-party resin manufacturers, such as BASF and Henkel, to develop co-branded resins, including LOCTITE 3D IND405™ and LOCTITE 3D PRO476™, Ultracur3D® RG 3280 and Ultracur3D® RG 1100 B. This collaboration makes these resins the ideal choice for applications ranging from prototyping to complex engineering projects.
