PrimaSelect Luvocom 3F PAHT CF 9891

Luvocom® 3F PAHT CF 9891 filament is a high-temperature polyamide (PA) reinforced with carbon fiber (15%). This grade is based on PA6 and is easy to print with low warpage and improved layer bonding, optimized for industrial applications. Typical applications include robotics, drones, automotive, aerospace, and also extensively in functional prototypes and end-use parts. This unique engineering polymer is tailored for the 3D printing industry to meet the strength requirements of injection molding and, with a focus on the mass production of end-use parts, can be used on conventional FFF/FDM 3D printing systems without a heated chamber.

Printer Tips

• Printer nozzle temperature: 260 - 290°C
• Heated bed temperature: 60 - 80°C
• Printing speed: 40 - 60 mm/s
• Bedside adhesion: Magigoo PA on glass or PEI sheet
• Pre-drying recommendations: 100°C, 4 - 6 hours or 80°C, 12 hours
• We recommend using an adapted nozzle (>0.5mm) for carbon filled filaments

For best printing results, we recommend keeping your 3D printer in a room with minimal drafts and/or temperature fluctuations. When your 3D printer is not in use, it's important to store the filament in a bag and keep it in a cool, dry, and dark place until the next time you use it.
