Carbon 3D printer filament with unique material properties

PrimaSELECT CARBON is a very useful material that has very unique material properties. Blended with small cut strands of carbon fiber, PrimaSELECT CARBON filament offers incredible stiffness, structure and excellent adhesion between layers. Since the risk of deformation is very low, PrimaSELECT Carbon is very easy to 3D print and has a matte finish after 3D printing. Finished 3D prints are very rigid and useful if you need objects with a good stiffness-to-weight ratio.

Successful processing of the PrimaSELECT carbon filament

PrimaSELECT Carbon does not require a heated print bed for processing. If your 3D printer has one, set it to 35-60˚C to get really good adhesion of the first layer to the print bed surface.

Due to the abrasive nature of PrimaSELECT Carbon, we recommend using a hardened steel nozzle for this filament. Using a regular brass nozzle is not a problem, but it will wear out the nozzle in a short time.

Carbon Filament: Optimal adhesion to the build platform

PrimaSELECT Carbon attaches to BuildTak, coated glass with glue spray or stick, painter's tape coated with hairspray. It has also been used successfully with glue sticks, 3DLac, DimaFix and Magigoo.

PrimaSELECT CARBON is rolled on a clear spool with 500g of high quality filament. It is packaged in a sturdy box and packed with silica gel to prevent moisture.
