The PrimaCreator double-sided PEI build plate is designed to perfectly fit the Creality K2 3D printer. It's made with a flexible spring steel base coated with textured PEI on both sides. This dual-surface design doubles its durability, while the textured finish improves first layer adhesion and minimizes issues like warping or corner lifting.

Compatibility and temperature performance

Specially designed for the Creality K2's build volume, this build plate can withstand the higher print bed temperatures required for more advanced materials. It ensures reliable adhesion with PLA, PETG, and TPU, and also supports complex filaments like ABS, PA (nylon), PC, and carbon fiber-reinforced composites. After printing, the parts detach naturally as the bed cools. For more stubborn prints, the plate's flexibility allows for easy, tool-free detachment.

Practical tips for use and handling

• Correctly position the plate on the magnetic base of the K2 for a secure fit.
• Clean with water or a mild detergent; avoid acetone or harsh detergents on the PEI surface.
• To improve the adhesion of high-temperature materials, adjust the bed temperature.
• Always allow prints to cool before removing them, to avoid damaging the surface or part.
• Use the flex on the plate to gently peel off prints if they get stuck.

Duration and maintenance

Thanks to its spring steel construction, the PrimaCreator PEI build plate maintains flatness even after repeated heating and cooling cycles. The double-sided design doubles its longevity: when one side wears out, simply flip the plate over.
