Super wear resistance

Using ultra-high hardness tungsten carbide (hardness > 2700Hv (up to 2900Hv)), super wear resistance ensures long-time printing without wear of nozzle hole and flat tip.

High temperature performance

Composed of tungsten carbide and copper alloy with high hardness and excellent conductivity, the maximum printing temperature can be 550℃.

Low push force

The tungsten carbide nozzle with high purity, above 99.98%, and high thermal performance maintains uniform nozzle tip temperature during printing, thus ensuring stable extrusion.

Faster extrusion speed

Thanks to the high thermal performance of the nozzle in general, the printing speed can be pushed even further without sacrificing quality. The unique passage in the nozzle improves the flow rate into the inner hole faster.

Low friction thanks to nano coating

The entire nozzle is coated with WS2 nano-coating after adding a hard and smooth nickel plating layer. The surface friction coefficient is as low as 0.03, which makes the nozzle with a clean print, without plastic sticking to it.
