Large Format Component Production
The 1.2-meter per side build area allows for the production of voluminous industrial components without necessarily having to divide them.
This allows for:

Dual Extrusion System
The MINGDA Raptor 1200 uses two printheads equipped with a lifting system.
When a printhead is not in use, it is lifted to reduce the risk of the inactive nozzle interfering with the printed component.
Based on the configured materials and profiles, the dual extrusion system allows for the use of:
- two different materials;
- two colors;
- main material and dedicated support material;
- materials with different mechanical or surface properties.
Industrial Thermal Control
The actively heated chamber up to 80 °C helps maintain uniform thermal conditions throughout the entire printing process.
This helps reduce typical problems with large-format technical materials, such as:
- warping;
- detachment from the bed;
- delamination between layers;
- internal stresses;
- dimensional deformations;
- cracking during cooling.
The heated bed up to 110 °C and hotends up to 500 °C expand the range of technical and composite materials that can be processed.
Compatible Materials
The MINGDA Raptor 1200 supports technical filaments, including:
ABS, ASA, PETG, PC, PA, ABS-CF, PC-CF, PET-CF, PET-GF, and other materials compatible with extrusion temperatures up to 500 °C.
Actual compatibility must be verified based on the material formulation, required temperatures, and indications provided by the filament manufacturer.
Material Feeding and Drying
The printer supports two 3 kg spools and is designed to connect to a dedicated material management cabinet.
The drying system up to 50 °C helps maintain the filament in more controlled conditions, which is particularly important when processing hygroscopic materials like PA, PC, and their composites.
The RFID system allows for the management and traceability of compatible materials.
Control and Monitoring
The Raptor 1200 integrates:
