The MINGDA Mextru 1300 HT is an industrial pellet 3D printer designed for manufacturing large components, molds, tooling, and functional prototypes.
Its print volume of 1300 × 1300 × 1300 mm, combined with a screw extrusion system with a flow rate of up to 3 kg/h, allows for rapid production of large parts, reducing manufacturing times compared to traditional filament solutions.
The heated build chamber up to 80 °C, the heated bed up to 110 °C, and the three-zone heated extruder up to 400 °C enable the processing of technical materials such as PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, PC, PA, and PP.
The system integrates automatic vacuum feeding, pellet drying, servo motors, liquid cooling, and Klipper firmware-based control. Intelligent monitoring features with artificial intelligence contribute to improved safety and reliability during long-duration prints.
