Mingda MD-1000D - EX DEMO

The MINGDA MD-1000D is a large format ( 1000x1000x1000 mm ) IDEX (Dual Extruder) FDM printer designed for industrial production at very high speed and precision. It reaches a maximum speed of $500\text{mm/s}$ and an acceleration of 10000 mm/s 2 , allowing you to drastically reduce printing times (e.g. a car seat case in 3 days instead of 15).

The dual-extruder system supports simultaneous printing of two colors or two different materials (such as TPU and PETG) and the use of water-soluble support filaments for complex geometries. Accuracy up to $\pm 0,1mm\text{is}$ ensured by the modular guide rail structure and closed-loop stepper motors , combined with advanced features such as Input Shaper to reduce vibration and Flow Control for superior detail quality.

Operation is driven by fast proprietary hardware (6-core, 64-bit CPU) and a large 10-inch IPS touchscreen , with features such as auto-leveling , smart power-outage recovery , and multi-machine remote monitoring/control via WiFi/LAN. The machine is compatible with a wide range of common, technical (PA-CF/GF, HtPA-CF/GF), and support filaments, and is ideal for the automotive, medical, and functional prototyping industries.
