ASA-CF20 And a filament for high-tech 3D printing, composed from ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) reinforced with the 20% fiber of carbon. It combines exceptional resistance to atmospheric agents and rays UV typical of ASA to the notable rigidity, dimensional stability and lightness conferred by the fiber reinforcement of carbon. These properties they make it the ideal choice for applications outdoor, automotive and engineering parts that require longevity and performance even in conditions difficult.
ASA-CF20 reduces to minimize warping and shrinkage, ensuring surfaces matte and professional finishes. The high adhesion between layers and thermal resistance make it ideal also for prototyping, parts functional stressed and mechanical components subject to stress and wear. Use nozzles hardened steel is recommended for a print no problems.
