The AD-F4 Mini is designed for sign makers, advertising agencies, and companies that produce channel letters, LED signs, and other profiled products. Thanks to the large print volume, numerous signs and letters can be printed in one piece instead of several smaller sections. This reduces assembly time, ensures a cleaner final result, and helps reduce labor costs and increase production capacity.
From 2D design to finished sign in less time
The included SignMaker software and MINGDA Slicer allow you to import standard vector files such as .SVG and .DXF to quickly create print-ready 3D models. This minimizes the need for manual CAD work and allows existing logos and designs to be quickly converted into print-ready models. The result is a more efficient workflow, from the customer's graphic to the finished product.
Automatic multi-color printing without manual intervention
The integrated IMS 4-in-1-out system handles up to four filament spools simultaneously and automatically switches materials during the printing process. This allows you to create multi-color logos, letters, and signs without manually changing the filament, saving time, reducing production interruptions, and optimizing the workflow. Foldable spool holders also help make the workstation more compact and easy to maintain.
High productivity with Klipper
Klipper firmware, combined with XY movement speeds up to 500 mm/s, makes the AD-F4 Mini optimized for rapid batch production. With a 0.4 mm nozzle, print speeds of up to 300 mm/s can be achieved, while the standard 0.6 mm nozzle ensures high material flow for large signs and letters. This results in more finished products per day, shorter lead times, and makes the printer particularly suitable for companies with high or recurring production volumes.

Automatic bed leveling, filament detection, and power outage recovery minimize the risk of print errors and material waste. The physical emergency stop button and status warning light help ensure a safe working environment even during extended production cycles.
Flexible material handling
The AD-F4 Mini supports 1.75 mm filaments such as PLA, PETG, AdPETG Tough, and PDS. The nozzle reaches temperatures of up to 300 °C and the heated glass print bed up to 80 °C , offering compatibility with various materials commonly used in sign and profile production. The standard equipment includes a 0.6 mm nozzle, while 0.4 mm and 0.8 mm nozzles are available as options to optimize details or print times.
