MAGIGOO PRO PP - GF - L'ADHÉSIF POUR L'IMPRESSION 3D

Do you have warping problems when 3D printing? So MAGIGOO is an easy-to-use 3D printing adhesive designed to solve the problem of non-sticky first layer (warping). This is the most common problem in 3D printing for production with FFF/FDM technology.

WHAT:

Magigoo PP-GF is designed to work exclusively with glass-reinforced polypropylene (GFPP) filaments. This adhesive ensures that prints stick firmly when the print bed is hot and that the part is easy to remove once cooled.

WHY :

Polypropylene (PP) is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer that has good strength, impact resistance and ductility properties that make it useful as an engineering material. PP, however, is a soft material and, like most plastics, can be strengthened by the introduction of fibers to create a polymer composite material. These materials are generally stiffer and stronger than the parent polymer and can result in a material with a very high strength-to-weight ratio. Compared to most virgin PP filaments, GF30PP deforms to a greater extent. This type of material requires a completely new adhesive formulation to exploit its distinctive characteristics.

AS :

Magigoo PP-GF has been designed and tested to work with 30% glass fiber filled polypropylene

• Shake the bottle vigorously.
• Apply to the desired area by pressing the tip into the bed (activating the internal valve) and distributing as needed.
• Print according to the filament/printer manufacturer's recommendations.
• Leave to cool and remove. The print should come off immediately
• Clean : Use a damp cloth to clean.

Suggestions :

• For demanding prints we recommend a 20mm brim with 2 layers.
• Clean the build plate and level it well before printing.
• The included printer is recommended.
• Printing speed 20-55 mm.
