Kexcelled THE K9™ PC FR is a flame-retardant polycarbonate filament designed for professional and industrial 3D printing, where high impact resistance, dimensional stability, and fire safety are required.
The material combines the typical reliability of PC with good print fluidity and low warping behavior, facilitating the production of precise and robust technical components.
With a tensile strength of up to 55–65 MPa and a tensile modulus of 2200–2400 MPa, this filament is suitable for structural parts that must withstand significant mechanical loads without deforming over time.
The density of approximately 1.19 g/cm3 contributes to compact, uniform prints with good interlayer adhesion, ideal for functional components and professional finishes.

THE K9™ PC FR also offers excellent weather and UV resistance, a useful feature for indoor and outdoor applications where long-term stability is critical.
It is particularly suitable for enclosures, electrical housings, industrial technical parts, functional prototypes, and final components requiring rigidity, safety, and reliability.
