Part of Kexcelled's renowned Eco-Aesthetic Series, THE K5™ PLA Coffee combines the excellent printing properties of PLA with 10% recycled coffee grounds. The result is a unique material, capable of giving your 3D objects a natural, warm, and slightly grainy look, ideal for design pieces, decorative objects, and aesthetic prototypes.

THE K5™ PLA Coffee is born from Kexcelled's desire to combine visual aesthetics with environmental sustainability. By integrating 10% recycled coffee grounds into the formulation, this filament reduces the amount of virgin raw material needed and offers a second life to a food byproduct.

The coffee particles are not only an ecological element but become the true aesthetic heart of the filament: they create a varied, natural, and pleasantly matte finish, transforming every print into an item with a handcrafted and refined appearance.

Printing with THE K5™ PLA Coffee is a complete sensory experience. During heating and extrusion through the nozzle, the filament releases a light and pleasant coffee aroma that transforms the working environment.

Note: The scent is an effect exclusively linked to the printing process; the finished model will retain its beautiful texture and warm color without permanent odor release.

THE K5™ PLA Coffee combines refined aesthetics with the ease of use of PLA. Formulated for modern FDM printers, it ensures excellent layer adhesion, reduced warping, and a fluidity that allows printing at speeds up to 250 mm/s without losing detail.

Recommended Print Parameters

• Nozzle Temperature: 200–240 °C
• Bed Temperature: 35–55 °C
• Recommended Print Surface: Frosted/textured PEI board
• Print Speed: ≤ 250 mm/s
• Cooling Fan: 50–100%
• Recommended Layer Height: 0.2 mm (with 0.4 mm nozzle)
• Wall Thickness: ≥ 0.8 mm
