Kexcelled THE K11™ PEEK CF10 is a carbon fiber-filled PEEK filament designed for industrial 3D printing where extremely high stiffness, low weight, and superior mechanical strength are required.
Carbon fiber reinforcement results in lightweight yet very robust structures, making it ideal for applications where combining high performance with weight reduction is important.
With a tensile strength of 85–90 MPa and an elastic modulus of 7000–8000 MPa, this material is suitable for technical components that must withstand significant loads while maintaining precision and stability over time.
Its density of 1.12 g/cm3 makes it particularly attractive for weight-critical applications, such as lightweight structures, functional parts, and high-end components for the aerospace, automotive, and robotics sectors.

THE K11™ PEEK CF10 also offers excellent thermal resistance, dimensional stability, and good chemical resistance, making it suitable for demanding and continuous technical applications.
For optimal results, professional high-temperature printers with an enclosed chamber and controlled print environment are necessary.
