Kexcelled THE K11™ PEI 1010 is a high-performance industrial filament developed for 3D printing in applications requiring maximum strength, dimensional stability, and reliability in extreme conditions.
The material is designed to replace metal components in sectors such as aerospace, automotive, and chemical, offering an excellent balance of rigidity, thermal resistance, and long-term durability.

With a tensile strength of 85–90 MPa and an elastic modulus of 4500–5000 MPa, PEI 1010 ensures very solid and precise components even under high loads.
The density of 1.28 g/cm3 allows for compact and fully stable parts, ideal for technical applications where sealing, precision, and fluid resistance are essential.

THE K11™ PEI 1010 is also naturally fire and chemical resistant, maintaining reliable performance even in environments subject to continuous heat, solvents, and mechanical stress.
For best performance, it requires professional high-temperature printers with an enclosed chamber and precise process control.
