Kexcelled THE K11™ PEEK PRO is an advanced PEEK filament developed for high-performance industrial 3D printing, where maximum mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and excellent heat and chemical resistance are required.
Thanks to its formulation, it is designed to effectively replace metal components in technical applications where weight must remain low without sacrificing robustness.

The material is designed for extreme environments and parts subjected to continuous stress, exhibiting very stable behavior even after annealing, which further improves final performance.
With a tensile strength of up to 79–82 MPa after heat treatment and an elastic modulus of up to 3000–3200 MPa, it offers a very solid balance of toughness, rigidity, and reliability.

THE K11™ PEEK PRO is particularly suitable for industrial components, tools, fixtures, structural parts, and end products that must withstand high temperatures, shocks, wear, and contact with chemical agents.
To process it correctly, professional high-temperature printers with a closed chamber and controlled process are required.
