Kexcelled THE K11™ PEEK is an unreinforced, high-performance PEEK filament designed for professional and industrial 3D printing in applications requiring high mechanical strength, thermal stability, and chemical resistance.
Thanks to its technical structure, the material maintains its shape and precision even under continuous loads, making it suitable for critical components in the aerospace, automotive, electronics, and industrial sectors.

With a tensile strength of 70–80 MPa and a modulus of elasticity of 4200–4500 MPa, this PEEK offers strength, rigidity, and high durability in demanding conditions.
The density of 1.28 g/cm3 helps achieve compact, fully solid parts, ideal for functional components, enclosures, and end parts that require precision and reliability over time.

THE K11™ PEEK is also naturally flame and chemical resistant, qualities that make it particularly suitable for technical environments where high safety and performance standards are required.
For optimal results, professional high-temperature 3D printers with a closed chamber and controlled printing environment must be used.

  • Chamber temperature: 40–60 °C or 90–200 °C, depending on the application and machine.

  • Print speed: 30–60 mm/s.
  • Bed adhesion: no specific requirements, with controlled professional setup.
  • Recommended layer height: 0.2 mm.
