Garantie DJI Dock 2

The Warranty is sold with the “DOCK 2” and is governed by the following terms and conditions.

Object : the Warranty is applicable exclusively to manufacturing defects relating to the “DOCK 2” and the batteries included therein (the “Product”), purchased from an authorized DJI reseller in Italy, Vatican City or San Marino.

Duration : the duration of the Warranty starts from the date of purchase and is equal to:

• 12 months, for the “DJI DOCK 2” drone hangar
• 6 months for the batteries contained therein.

Activation : to be valid, the Warranty must be activated simultaneously with the purchase of the product and will be linked to the S/N of the drone purchased.

Recipients : the Warranty is reserved for all DJI customers who have purchased, as professionals, the Product from an authorized DJI reseller in Italy, Vatican City or San Marino.

Repair/replacement of the Product : for the entire duration of the Warranty (under Point 2) the technical assistance service in case of need, a repair service and/or, at its sole discretion, free replacement of the Product which presents manufacturing defects. manufacturing.

Limitations and exclusions : the Guarantee is conditional on the existence of the distribution contract in force between DJI Europe BV, with the consequence that, if the aforementioned contract ceases for any reason, the aforementioned Guarantee will also automatically cease, without obviously having a retroactive effect on repairs already carried out. If this resolutive condition occurs, the final purchaser will no longer be able to make use of the Guarantee.

Furthermore, the Warranty does not cover faults and/or defects that may arise from:

• transport or handling damage not formally reported at the time of delivery;
• negligence, improper use or in unsuitable environments;
• failure to observe the precautions contained in the instruction manual;
• manipulation or damage carried out by unauthorized or non-DJI certified personnel;
• impacts or falling foreign bodies;
• damage caused by atmospheric agents, natural disasters or electromagnetic interference or caused by other wireless devices;
• deterioration or wear;
• theft, loss and vandalism.

Finally, the Guarantee is not applicable if:

• the Product was purchased from unauthorized resellers or anyone outside of Italy, the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City;
• the Product is used outside the following territories: Italy, Vatican City, San Marino.
• The product has a different serial number than the Product purchased together with the warranty.
