FLSUN - S1 avec kit silencieux

The FLSun S1 features a build volume of 320 x 320 x 430 mm and is focused on high-speed printing: it claims a maximum speed of 1,200 mm/s, acceleration of up to 40,000 mm/s, and a volumetric flow rate of 110 mm. The S1 also uses a closed-loop stepper motor system and an all-metal hot end with a print temperature of up to 350°C. It also features a Microtac radar, which improves print quality, accuracy, flow, and first layer printing.

Versatility

The large 320 x 320 x 430 mm build volume allows for large projects, and its all-metal hotend can reach temperatures up to 350°C, allowing the S1 to work with a wide variety of materials, including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, and even carbon fiber filaments. The dual-gear direct-drive extruder ensures smooth and precise filament feeding, essential for high-speed printing and exotic materials.

CPAP High Pressure Turbo Ventilator

With a wind speed (airflow) of 40,000 rpm that varies according to the printing speed of different parts; it automatically adjusts the wind speed to ensure the cooling effect.

Binocular Structured Light System

The Dual Eye system consists of two high-definition cameras, a micrometer-sized laser transmitter, and a micrometer-sized Lidar system that enables first-layer scanning and adjusts flow and accuracy calibration to precisely capture print details.

AI Detection

We use artificial intelligence for real-time monitoring and problem identification, including debris and spatter detection using AI-based analytics.

Fully automatic leveling

With one click, the S1 will calibrate and adjust the bed level, making getting the perfect Z-height simple and easy to master.

To maintain accuracy at such high speeds, the S1 integrates Microtac radar, an exclusive feature that monitors print quality in real time, ensuring even the fastest prints remain accurate down to a layer thickness of 0.1 mm. The printer also features a textured PEI print bed, which improves adhesion and significantly simplifies the removal of finished prints. Its innovative intelligent zone heating system optimizes energy consumption by heating only the necessary areas of the bed based on the size of the print.

Thanks to the fully integrated touchscreen and intuitive interface, FLSUN S1 is easy to control, both directly and via PC.
