Amazing strong afterglow effect

Spectrum PLA Glow in the Dark is a PLA-based filament mixed with a concentrated phosphorescent pigment that creates a phosphorescent effect. As a result, when exposed to an external light source, printed objects will glow on their own. The material has all the typical characteristics of pure PLA: the added pigment has a neutral impact on the material's properties.

Adding a phosphorescent supplement to PLA gives the following properties to printed items:

• The ability to emit its own light after previous exposure to an external light source, and
• Ability to “control” the light intensity of printed objects by adjusting the wall thickness and filler density.

Tip: For a more intense and long-lasting glow, leave the model exposed to light for a longer period of time. The presence of phosphorescent pigments can also cause wear on the brass nozzle, so we recommend using stainless steel nozzles for prolonged application of Spectrum PLA Glow in the Dark.

Packaging

The filament is wound on a neat, transparent spool. Each spool contains information about the material type, diameter, and recommended printing temperature. The filament is vacuum-packed with a moisture absorber. The entire product is packaged in the original Spectrum Filaments packaging, wrapped in film.
