Spectrum PET-G MATT is a PET-G based filament with a specially modified chemical composition to achieve matte surfaces on printed objects. The matte finish significantly improves the aesthetics of printed parts and minimizes the visibility of layers on side surfaces, making every print clean and highly presentable.

Compared to traditional PET-G, this material retains all the classic advantages of the polymer — ease of printing, low shrinkage, and excellent layer adhesion — while also improving temperature resistance, impact resistance, and reducing the brittleness of finished objects.

Spool and Packaging

The filament is wound on a transparent spool with all information printed on the material, diameter, and recommended temperature. Each spool is vacuum-sealed with a moisture absorber in the original Spectrum Filaments packaging.

Spectrum Filaments is one of the few manufacturers in the world to offer an individual online quality control system for each spool produced . During production, every millimeter of the filament is continuously measured on 2 axes with an accuracy of ±0.8 µm. For each spool purchased, you can check online:

• Diameter trend over the entire length
• Average diameter
• Ovality
• Standard deviation

Storage

Store in a dry environment at a temperature between 18–25°C, away from humidity, sunlight, and direct heat sources. If stored correctly, the product has a shelf life of 24 months.
