3D printing in natural wood

Spectrum WOOD is a material designed for 3D printing based on pure PLA mixed with natural wood particles. Spectrum WOOD filament is 100% organic and biodegradable. In addition to its visual appearance, which mimics the look of wood, items made with this material have a structure reminiscent of particleboard.

The material has a unique quality: it not only looks like wood, but also feels like real wood, thanks to the natural wood content in its composition. Finished prints can be varnished and mechanically treated. Another distinctive feature is the specific woody odor that is released during the additive manufacturing process of this material.

Since the product contains natural wood, each batch may have slight color differences, as in nature.

Packaging

The filament is wound on a clear, neat spool. Each spool contains information about the material type, diameter, and recommended printing temperature. The filament is vacuum-packed with a moisture absorber. The entire product is packaged in the original Spectrum Filaments packaging, sealed with protective film.
