Spectrum PEBA Filament

Next-generation elastomer – lighter, more dynamic and more durable than TPU

Spectrum PEBA is a premium flexible filament based on polyamide polyether block copolymer (PEBA). Unlike TPU, it does not absorb impact energy but stores and releases it, ensuring an exceptionally rapid return to its original shape – the so-called High Rebound effect . Its unique molecular structure makes it lighter, more responsive, and more durable than traditional elastomers.

Thanks to a Shore hardness of 92A and an elongation at break of more than 500%, the material maintains its mechanical and elastic properties in a temperature range from –40°C to +80°C, remaining flexible and dimensionally stable even where other elastomers fail.

Packaging

Filament wound on a sealed, transparent PC spool. Store in a cool (15–25°C) and dry place.
