Thanks to its improved formulation, it combines high impact resistance, excellent structural strength, and good heat resistance, making it suitable for the production of functional parts and components subject to continuous stress.

One of its main advantages is its UL94-V0 flame retardant classification, confirmed by the relevant test report, which makes it safer in applications where flame resistance is an important requirement. Furthermore, the material is declared halogen-free and the attached RoHS report indicates compliance with the required limits for tested substances, a useful aspect for professional and industrial contexts.

To achieve the best results, eSUN recommends drying the filament before printing and using a printer with a closed chamber, considering the material's natural tendency to shrink.

Printing tips

For optimal results, the manufacturer recommends drying the filament at 65 °C for at least 3 hours before printing and storing it in a dry environment during use.
